Accounting Software Required With Source Code (.Net Based Only)

I need an accounting software with source code for one of my clients (a medium sized manufacturing industry). Software should have been build in .Net (preferably C#) and SQL Server. It should effectively encompass all types of Payables, Receivables (utility bills, purchases with advance amount provision, raw material definition, other expenses, salaries, client bills with advances, voucher, budget, tax receipt etc), Chart of Accounts management, journal ledger, balance sheet, JV and some important reports. This is good opportunity for those to resell their product who has done similar thing in past.
