Film Festival Promo Campaign

We hosted an online video contest last year, followed by a film festival event at a theater, announcing the winners.? We want to produce the same event this year, but need to dress up/modernize the style and feel.? Make it more like the 'oscar' awards, more professional and upscale looking. We need a new look for: **Web banners: 220x x 400h** **Email graphics 700w x 600h** **Postcard 4" x 6" **** Sponsorship Media Kit/Form** - PDF - 8.5" x 11" 4/4 ** Movie Poster 2'w x 3'h ** We will? need to raise a lot of money to produce this, so it needs to be really sharp. Attached you will find images that we used last year.? ? The theme of the event was sort of an Old Movie theme.? We don't really have a theme for this year, which is why we are posting this for bids.? One theme idea,? since there has been such a large amount of focus on TV and in the news on the economic crisis, on spending money and greed, it might be fun to make light of 'bling' and go with a 'rich yachtsman' style theme. maybe yachting movies, like Wind, or the one with Goldie Hawn.? But we don't want to offend our clients, who are yacht owners and yacht captains and crew, so maybe that's not a good idea. Another theme idea could be James Bond - Casino Royale.? Or, any James Bond movie. Our target clientele are yacht crew, from America, New Zealand, Australia, England, South Africa, and Canada.? They work on luxury yachts, for the wealthiest people in the world.? We are a 'placement agency' for crew, so we help them find employment on yachts.? So, any way that that you can make the film festival/video contest theme/concept related to working on yachts or sailing or scuba diving or sunbathing or windsurfing etc, would be a good connection. Hopefully someone out there will have a good idea, and will be able to bring a fresh look to this event.? :) I would like to receive the files in Photoshop Layers, as well as finals in gif or jpg.?
