I'm looking for someone to nag me to stay on top of tracking my hours and sending out invoices. I'm a freelancer too. I love what I do but I hate the admin end of it, so I put it off and create a nightmare for myself (and my clients) at the end of the year. Ridiculous, right? But I really, really, really hate it. Here's what I need from you: 1. Do what you have to do (email, call, text, bang on my door, kick me in the arse, etc) to nag me into submitting my hours to you every week. 2. Add my hours into the appropriate client invoices using Wave app - it's already set up. 3. 2018 was a beast, so I need help slowly getting on top of some of those hours too - and that means more nagging from you. That's it. Just nagging and organizing my hours. Also, you will be required to sign a strict confidentiality agreement because I promise confidentiality to my clients. I'm guessing that this is a 1-2 hour per week job.

First of all let me summarize what need to be done : Does it mean that all i have to do is to make sure you send me your hours spent detail on weekly basis and then i have to create/generate invoice and probably send your client the invoice as well by using waveapp. Very straight forward, i have 2-5 hours/week to handle this part for you. Honestly i have not used the waveapp, not once. But if the job desc exactly as i guess earlier, i am sure i will be able to find my way around waveapp admin panel. I don't mind to sign NDA as needed.
