I am looking for a virtual assistant who can help me find the perfect venue for my upcoming wedding celebration. The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning and be able to work efficiently and effectively. Venue type: - Outdoor with an option for indoor for bad weather venue Budget: - midrange Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential venues based on my preferences - Negotiate rental prices with the venue - Provide me with a list of options and their details - Assist with booking and finalizing the venue Skills and experience: - Event planning experience - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Attention to detail - Excellent organizational skills further written details of request: I need help finding a list of wedding venues. I am looking for a virtual assistant to help contact and verify multiple venues for two dates next year. I want a total of 50 venues, 25 in area 1 and 25 in area 2. The list must include venues that have availability one of the two dates. The potential dates for the event and the geographic area in the United States will be specified upon awarding the successful bid. I have a virtual assistant email address you can use if you do not have your own. You will have to email, call or otherwise contact these venues to make sure they can accommodate the following criteria: Can the location accommodate 150 to 160 people? Can they serve food and drink for 150 to 160 people? How much is the cost for the venue? How much is the cost for the food? How much is the cost for the drink? How many hours does the fee allow for use of the facilities? Is the location handicap accessible? Are there rooms on the premises? How much are rooms for the guests per night? How much are the rooms for the bride and groom? What is the total per night after taxes and fees? If there are no rooms onsite what hotels are nearby? Please send a copy of the quotes for the venue to this listing or my email for set up and use for 150 people. These quote will help me understand the details of each option. The locations need to be in two areas of the Untied States. I will provide a map and the criteria for the location. For each area I would like 25 locations listed. Of the locations at no more than 10 can take place at a hotel or conference center. So for area 1 there will be 25 options listed and no more than 10 can be at a hotel or conference center within the given area. The same is true for area 2 list 25 options which no more than 10 can be at a hotel or conference center within the given area. Each of the options must cost within the outlined budget for the event to be provided and be located within the geographic areas specified. If the date is unavailable then you will have to find other locations. Please ask and questions you have. I would like the results no later than June 16. If you believe you have the necessary skills and experience to assist me with this project, please send me your proposal.
