Web Research and Facebook Management would be no problem since I am a bachelor graduate and tech savvy, Email Management and Scheduling appointments would be done professionally since I worked as a customer support before. The main skills that I offer are graphic design using Photoshop, front-end web design(HTML, CSS, and JavaScript), and customer service (both voice and non-voice so speaking and writing in English wouldn't be a problem).
