A Part-Time Virtual Assistant is Needed to Support CEO. The Virtual Assistant will have to work according to Hong Kong Time-Zone Daily Reporting will be done in the form of Filling a Time Log in Google Docs, and sending out a simple list of bullet points everyday Proposed Compensation is $US240 per month, for 3h/day, 5 days/week Elaborate Skills REQUIRED Include: - Excellent English, Mandarin and Cantonese Reading AND Writing Skills are a MUST! - Eye for Detail - Excellent English reading and writing skills - Ability to clearly follow instructions - High level of organization and ability to prioritize - Self-management and Initiative - Ability to use Google Docs and Google Sheets - Fast Learner Additional Skills Required Include: - Graphic Design Skills will also be a huge plus. Daily Work Description Include: - Check email and reply to all emails that you can reply to. - Manage and Update my social media statuses (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, LinkedIn) - Check fb personal messages - Update Sales Pipeline after sales activities - Schedule Social Media Updates in HootSuite - Do ad hoc work - Edit Photos using simple Instagram Filters and Photo Editing App - Sending Prospecting Emails to Clients Weekly Work Description Includes: - Ensure that your computer is backed up and the files are stored somewhere else - Comment on Other Related Blogs - Help in Sourcing Translators and Designers - Plan Boss' Upcoming Week - Plan Boss' Upcoming Weekend - Filling up the Sales Pipeline with new prospects - Update the Metrics Dashboard? - Hire other Virtual Workers - Collate a list from Online News Sources and Send me an Update Weekly Quarterly Tasks Include: - Creating New Playlists on 8tracks - Making a well comprehensive database of all the Digital Agencies in Asia Pacific Region Ongoing and Revolving Tasks Include: - Online Research: Market Research, gifts, restaurants. - Send thank you cards using the Online Service SendOutCards - Search for good restaurants around Some Other Potentially Harder Task (May not need to be done): - Design Page Layouts - Design Content for Blog - Doing some Quality SEO

Comments on the requirement: The pay varies depends on the time needed to virtually be around and the responsibilities for the role seems to vary a lot.I will expect higher pay if the work load in given time increase. Descriptions about me: - I am a frequent user of google docs. - I am outgoing and enjoy very much planning my schedule with tools of many kinds. - I have previous experience working in a PR firm. - Native Chinese, with mother native Cantonese and Mandarin. - UK Bachelor Degree. - No Graphic Design skills but a frequent user of Instagram and other filter cameras only to make pretty photos to post on social medias.
