Hey! We are Wolfe Industries, a real estate company with operations in Pennsylvania, USA and we’re looking for a new member to join our team. I made a short video here explaining what the company does, and what we expect from applicants here: [login to view URL] Desired Applicant's qualities: Ability to communicate well Can follow instructions Is honest and reliable Proactive Can solve problems Can look for a solution on Google without asking too many questions Excited to learn new things Looking for long-term employment Mandatory Requirements: Internet research proficiency (you need to be able to find stuff on Google) Good spoken English - sometimes you will need to talk to people Good computer proficiency (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Whatsapp etc.) Job Duties: 1. check e-mail, Zillow, and Buildium and respond to tenants and applicants 2. screen tenants' applications 3. coordinate viewings with interested applicants (via SMS and phone) 4. fill contracts and send them for signing (via email and Buildium) 5. find contractors for various jobs (eg. electricians to repair something) 6. check if previous problems were solved (eg. if an appliance was repaired) 7. get appliances repaired (eg. refrigerator is broken, find a new online one or arrange for it to be repaired locally) 8. other tasks (eg. research) Past real estate experience is an advantage, but not a requirement. If you are capable of searching on google, asking on forums and Facebook groups, and installing software by following a tutorial, this job should be easy! Working hours: Typical work hours are Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM, New York Time. Sometimes you will have to work 1-2h on weekends but this can be done from your phone (eg. replying to a quick message or making a phone call). We are looking for someone living between the time zones UTC-6 and UTC+3. (North and South America, Europe, Africa). If you are from Asia it will be difficult as you will need to work at night. You can expect 30 to 40 hours of work per week. Compensation plan: Paid weekly (you must provide an invoice - it depends on your country of residence) Performance bonus for great work 13th month/ Christmas Bonus (after 1 year) Pay raise awarded based on performance The possibility of getting promoted (we are still in the beginning and growing fast) 7 paid holidays per year - Christmas, Easter (2 days), New Year (2 days), May 1st, December 1st, (2 more of your choice - according to your local holidays) Salary: The monthly salary is $700 plus bonuses paid based on performance. My experiences relevant to this project are given below, Calling homeowners to see if they are interested in selling their house and setting appointments with the real estate agent/broker. Calling owners of distressed properties/with delinquent payments/foreclosures to make an offer. Calling people to see if they are interested in buying a property. Working with landlords/renters/property management companies. Working with mortgage companies, and mortgage brokers for lead generation and appointment setting. Managing appointments schedule, data researching, assisting the manager, forwarding important responses to the manager. Knowing the terms like monthly payments, mortgage balance, the market value of the house, LTV ratio, Equity, credit score, home renovations. Providing phone support, email support, answering queries, handling complaints, resolving disputes, and follow-ups.
