You would be completing tasks as follows; - Data analysis/entry into Excel, Word or other programs - Research using the Internet or other information databases - Outbound emailing to clients, vendors or others - Travel planning and coordination - Email management - Task management - Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online Required qualifications: - Previous experience as an administrative assistant required - Has a good working knowledge base in the use of gmail, google docs, and other basic technology platforms - Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools - Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects - Ability to meet deadlines - Strong English communications skills and attention to detail a must - Fast typing speed We offer 4 bucks an hour but will move to 6 in time based on performance and raises. ... My bid is priced just to get the work, so hence the lower rate, my hourly rate for this project is 20 USD per hour our 300 USD for the month (initial /start). Future projects can then be renegotiated subject to both parties. I have other skills not listed on the site and use the site for cash flow. I am an UK national and English is my first language. I have a UK fixed and mobile line plus Spanish fixed and mobile line. Basic office services are available such as scanning, printing and call reception using V.O.I.P and any documents can be provided in PDF, Word and Excel as requested. I am a qualified Telecom Engineer with over 35 years of experience in Installation, Commissioning, Project Management and customer liaison. I am completely flexible and can work to deadlines but prefer to work to a specification before using any initiative. The project appears to be more technical in content because some research work is required. I normally require a few days notice if the work is generally on a daily basis, but personal preference is for longer periods of time. The skills required are transferable and have been developed over my career length and are basic requirements for project management. I have lead teams home and aboard and feel the techniques required are standard requirements task completion.I am available for further questions and may be contacted at your leisure.
