Experienced virtual assistant needed for eCommerce/online business. Hours per week will vary depending on sale volume and specific projects. However average need will be approx 30 hours per week and will grow depending on the performance of this business. -Rregularly check on the site, be able to market the business in every social media platform, YouTube, search engines platforms - bring in leads, respond to sales and other customer service inquiries, make sales -be willing to take extra training if recommended but be able to successfully run the e-commerce and make sale on your own without any extra training... - Buildnv, marketing and management of social media sites (example - blog posts and updates) -Active management of of supplier available inventory in Network Solutions shopping cart platform -Active management of product listings Network Solutions shopping cart platform -Competitor and price research online -Data entry - SEO work -Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online -Frequent communication on assignments, requirements, and reporting of progress, outcomes, and issues Required skills -Fluent written and spoken English Previous experience in -Excellent microsoft, powerpoint, excel skills, and also previous experience in everything e-commerce related -Broadband internet connection ------Strong understanding of the ecommerce business, online communication tools, and social media -Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects -Familiarity with online shopping cart Network Solution or other similar platform -Ability to meet deadlines -Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must -A complete Elance and Ecommerce and confidence in ability to successfullu run an ecommerce/online business and make sales -References or an established reputation on Elanced E-commerce
