We are a New Zealand based company looking for additional resource to complete measurements of drawings in Revit which are then used to price a job.

We receive all types of architectural drawing which we then build up a model in Revit to measure the areas.

The person needs to be able to read plans, have attention to detail, build a quick model and then calculate the square metre areas for walls, roof and floor for pricing.

This work would then be check by our design team before release.

It also requires applying formulas to calculate the need for fixing materials (screws and tapes)

At this point in time, I would estimate 2 hours per project for a draftsperson.
