Youtube Introduction Animation

I need a youtube introduction made for a podcast I am going to start. It will be a short probably 5-10 second clip of various objects. It will be 3D and it will be animated. I can provide a video link to the type of style we want it in.
The most important part: during the video viewers will only see a screen with whatever we choose. The intro will end with an animated 3D model of the earth spinning in a circle in an endless loop.
