I also do some voice over in English (my accent is neutral) or in French, and so that you get an excellent quality, I use the Audacity software, a Behringer Xenyx 302 USB preamp and the best microphone on the market, a Shure SM 58. Please, have a look at my last clients’ comments about voice over and dubbing. For dubbing in French, I charge 0.15 USD per recorded minute with a professional sound quality (I collaborate with a professional studio), so don't take into account my bid.
