Micro Video Editing

Hi,
I am creating weekly short form video using an iPhone of me usually talking to the camera.
I would like to have these edited as follows:
- Static header at the top of the video e.g. How to choose a tenant for your investment property?;
- Insert sub-titles at the bottom of the video (i have had these transcribed and will be provided in word format);
- Insert logo in to the picture (static position);
- Possibly some editing to trim to e.g 60 sec;
- Insert time bar progress or second count down;
- Video formatted to social media square format (1x1);
- Also happy for suggestions to improve;
Some people call this the Gary Vee style of micro video.
I have attached an example of one done recently.
Am happy to do a fixed fee and then even rate per hour for future work, happy to discuss further.
