I have over 20 years experience in both broadcast and industrial video. I always treat videos as if they are my own, giving every project 110%. Aside from having a full suite of software, using the Adobe Production Suite, I use a Flanders calibrated broadcast video monitor, which costs $3000. Without a calibrated monitor such as this, you can never be sure if your luma and chroma levels and hue are correct for all the different screens on which the video will be shown. I also have an extensive background in audio production. Most editors do not devote enough attention to the audio portion of a video, nor do they understand the appropriate adjustments to make. After all, the basic content of most videos, especially training videos, is expressed through the sound.
