Edit my Mannequin Challenge VIdeo

My schoolmates and I did a mannequin challenge. We have two videos
In the first (mvi5513), we need to put music in it (I will provide the track). We need to blur a person that appears walking in the 12th second of the video. We also need to show an animated #causatc in the white board that appears in 1:52. This is the main video
In the second video (mvi 5107) we need to rotate it so it looks well, we need to add the same sound track as video#1, to blur or somehow cut a person in the 9th second, blur again in the 20th second (person turning her head) and thats it. No animation for the board in this one.
It has to be done within the next 24 hours and max price for the completed task is $12

I am a youtuber and I edit videos all the time! This video should not be too different to edit and accomplish.
I have experience with motion tracking and similar techniques that would be necessary for this edit. I am Adobe Premiere and After effects certified.
