Denovo - A short Video

I am looking for a short introduction video (no more than 1.30) for Denovo Consulting (recruitment company) which presents the entire business of job seekers, employers and entrepreneurs.
Our tag line is a 'New beginning' which we would like to reflect in the video. We would like the video to have real life clips and or images with animated text. The video should be modern and fun (4K resolution too) with quick transitions to a pop/ party sound track (no voiceover required).
We would like you to animate the logo icon so that it becomes a hand spinner. Throughout the video we would like to keep the spinning movements: Cycling; wheels cars; clock; lift. The animated text we would like to make interactive – one word change in the sentence e.g "The recruitment process can be ...(long/ tired/ stressful). Please see attached script and examples.
