I would like to hire someone to work with me in creating multiple 30 second videos for my company to be used for social media advertisement. I am expecting to have at least 2 per month. I will write the scrip and I have an image of an animated character I would like to use to speak in the video. I am mainly anticipating the character doing the talking/advertisement as if I was in front of the camera.
