About us:
We, Analytics Leap, are seeking to expand the current range of data analytics programs delivered through our website ([login to view URL]) and various other online platforms and marketplaces. As part of rapid expansion we are looking for highly motivated and skilled data science professionals and/or trainers to join our team.
The role:
As a data science trainer you will be required to deliver and maintain high quality training programs in essential data analytics and data science skills. Responsibilities will include - developing self-paced learning/training videos, supplementary material such as quizzes, presentations, documents, assignments, etc. You will be working closely with our content development lead on course outline, development approach, storyboarding and feedback. Communication will be over email and Webex calls.
An essential part of this job is regular updates to the course which will be discussed and terms will be agreed separately.
Skills and experience:
1. Successful candidate will be passionate about online training/teaching
2. Past experience of delivering self-paced learning modules, remote or face to face training will be an added advantage
3. Must have experience of data science, predictive modelling, machine learning, NLP, etc.
4. Experience of working in analytics field with one or more programming languages - SAS/R/Python/Scala
5. Good written and oral communication skills, neutral accent preferred
As part of the selection process, candidates will be asked to do a short 15-20 mins presentation on any data science topic.
Offer:
We are advertising the course for $1000 but this is open for negotiations.
