AR showroom is possible and relatively easy to do: it can be made both with Unity AR Foundation and WebAR (in case you want to integrate it in the website). Location-based AR is also possible but depending on the GPS coverage of the area precision might not be optimal. It's probably not possible to expose a virtual Bluetooth speaker considering how Android is built, let alone iOS. Let me know more details in chat if you are interested.
