Hi there, I am a British Umbraco Certified developer based in Tenerife. I have been working with Umbraco for over 6 years and I work with versions 4, 6, 7 and 8 on a regular basis. I provide maintenance contracts exactly as your describing. I currently have one such contract in place with a major household UK brand, for which I provide Umbraco and Front End development, as well as running deployments and handling some basic server maintenance tasks. I also provide Umbraco outsourcing services to a number of UK based agencies. I've built many sites and I'm familiar with best practices for the CMS, as well as the intricacies of developing bespoke custom features for both the front end and the Umbraco dashboard (custom sections, custom property editors, etc).
