Adult film talent recruiter and sourcer

We're looking for a talent recruiter and sourcer for our adult film production company. The role entails reaching out on various channels (modeling websites and social media, etc) and finding amateur talent that's interested in shooting adult films. Our company is based in CA but our main shooting locations is Los Angeles and are looking to hire someone that resides in North America (USA and Canada). This will be a remote gig and prefer females in this role. This role will be purely commission based and more details will be discussed if interested. Must have an eye for detail and no prior experience required as we're willing to provide training.
