Translator for New York Real Estate

This position is ideal for a New York City based independent contractor or employee who can work from home and do all work remotely from a computer (e.g. a full-time translator). This job will allow you to make supplemental income with minimal-effort “multi-tasking.” To do this job, you must be in control of your time (i.e. not needing to spend a large portion of your day in pre-planned, phone meetings with superiors or clients). I am an independent real estate broker seeking someone to grant apartment access to customers (i.e. open the door, show, lock up afterward and escort the customer out of the building) who want to view a few rental buildings that I handle. I am seeking one, dedicated chaperone for each building. The buildings have about 25 vacancies per year. I will pay $500 per apartment that I rent. I will also pay for the real estate licensing course that can be completed entirely online. The buildings are: -Central Harlem. The building is right off the 135th Street stop on the 2/3 subway. -Washington Heights. The buildings (there are 2) are located right off the 1 train at the 190th Street stop. -Crown Heights, Brooklyn. The building is right near the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and Nostrand Avenue. The building is located off the A/C trains at the Nostrand Avenue stop. I will share more information with selected candidate.
