Translation of 2,100-word English training document to French

We have a 2,100-word training document used by a medical products manufacturer that we would like translated from English to French (standard European French conventions not Canadian French). The complete project includes the following steps: 1) Sign a confidentiality agreement. The content of the training document includes proprietary company information; our client agreement requires us to extend the terms of our confidentiality agreement to all contractors. 2) Translate an initial “pre-translation” document of approximately 20 technical and/or company-specific terms. The pre-translation document is intended to verify proper translation of technical or company-specific terms with the client and will serve as a guide for the translation of the complete 2,100 training document. The goal of this step is to prevent erroneous translations of technical or company-specific terms throughout the entire training document. 3) Translate the complete 2,100 training document to French.
