Translation - Italian/French to English

Hello, Please could you provide a quote for me? I would need the attached documents translated from Italian to English and French to English. This is for an immigration application with the Home Office and the requirements are very specific. I would need an official translation provided by a translator registered with an official organisation such as the Institute of Linguists or the Institute of Translation & Interpreting. A translator who is employed by a recognised Translation company the latter being a member of the Association of Translation Companies is also acceptable. It should include the following: • details of the translator/translation company’s credentials • a signed declaration that it is a 'true and accurate translation of the original document', including the original signature of the translator or an authorised official of the translation company • the translator/translation company’s contact details • date of translation I look forward to hearing from you.
