Hi there, I'm Matt Sergei and can translate your game content to Slovenian (24 years an IT developer, former technical writer and leading translator of Freelancer.com to Slovene language). After copying and pasting all your content to one MS Word document you have 30.000 words to translate. With standard translation rate amount (250 words/page) that accounts for 120 pages. Lowest translation rate in Slovenia by freelancers is 0.09 EUR/word, mine is 0.04 EUR/word. That would still mean a very generous offer at 1200 EUR (or 1375 USD). If repeated words are excluded at (again) generous rate of 30% and without time to still edit/modify those translations then my offer would still be 840 EUR. Since I don't have other work at the moment, I can offer my final proposal at 775 EUR (890 USD) with Freelancer taking 10% fee on that. Documents will be translated as proposed (your provided columns in Excel spreadsheets, entire privacy policy document). My similar translation projects include several documents of web portals for online gambling that include payments with alternative currencies (e.g. BitCoin). So I'm pretty sure all terms in your documents are understandable and will probably not need asking you for clarification. I won't comment on other bids here and translation agencies from Bangladesh, India and similar countries, offering low quality translations hiring Slovenian students that use Google Translate in a rush (my own experience).
