i'm Francois, a Multilingual French speaking Customer Support Support with a high exposure in Virtual Assistance / Administrative tasking.
As a French Customer support, handling customers queries / concerns by providing accurate details or delivering solutions via phone / email / live chat support such as Zendesk, has always been my preferred role. While working with my former clients, i was always in charge of taking care of customers issues/claims via live chat or phone support and i did obviously very well due to my competences first of all and second of all because i simply liked this role.
I'm good at French and English language and emailing or phoning by answering customers questions and listening very carefully very carefully to customer's concern sounds really easy for me and interacting very well by effectively handling irate's customers' queries, remains one of my favourite exercise.
I'm attentive to details, easy going person, a team player, a result driven person and keen to grasp new processes very fast and implement efficiently these tasks in the field.
