I was hired by international company, which is going to launch huge website with tutorials and different materials from all over the world, to find native speakers for various tasks. On this website users will find articles, videos, tutorials, “life hacks” and much more content related to different aspects of our life. We’ll need cost effective translators for translating articles and subtitles for videos, transcribers for preparing subtitles and voice over specialists for creating videos.

TRANSLATION: all your language pairs that you can translate, how many words per hour and per day can You translate, rate per word.
TRANSCRIPTION: how much time do you need to transcribe an hour of a video, how many hours per day can You transcribe, rate per 1 hour recording.
VOICE OVER: how much time do you need to record an hour of an audio recording, how many hours per day can record and rate per 1 hour recording.

My native language is Indonesian. Nationality is Indonesian as well, and currently live in Palembang, South Sumatera in Indonesia.
I'm applying for these position :
- Translator : I can translate up to 1500 words per day. Though I'm not really sure about how many words I could translate per hour. My rate per words is : $0.01 per word.
I have not yet had any previous formal experience in translation service here or on any other freelancer website, but I did some for unofficial work for my colleagues in my former office for instruction sheets to be used for their training from English to Indonesian.
-Transcription : I can do 1.5 to 2 hours of transcription per day, with 8-10 hours per one hour of video/audio recording. My rate per one hour recording is $9 per hour recording ($0.15 per minute - it's the same rate I used for other freelance site like, Upw***).
- I'm also doing subtitle service (closed caption transcription for video) for $12 per hour recording ($0.2 per minute) output files would be in doc, .SRT or WebVTT.
