therefore the proposed has to remain the same as existing
the second floor now becomes one instead of two apartments with one bathroom and kitchenette
the only think required is how to go up in stairs to the 2nd floor from the first
its simple work: all has been designed, all in dwg autoCAD : just removal of partitions involved and a bit of rejigging
