I have a project that has been completed, but needs to be updated and with that adding a complete new section. My original contractor has some personal health issues and can no longer continue. The plans are of a complete city park, currently with sky zone, soccer pitch, basketball court, swimming pool, etc. I would like to add 5 new buildings: Go Karting, bumper cars, paint ball field, mini putt and ninja course. For the time being, this project has 2 outputs. 1) Detailed 2D floor plan with complete measurements. Example is provided 2) 3D rendering of project. Example is provided. My previous contractor has provided photoshop and Sketchup files. Many raw assets in the form of .skp files that can be used such as fence, trees, stone, etc. I would like this new section to be added to the original floor plan. Attached are the 2 final products of the project before these additions and a hand written sketch of the buildings and the measurements for the new part. I will be able to provide further detail to the winning bidder with regards to measurements and look of buildings.
