Hello I am a 3D modelling and 3D Printing Tutor from the UK, I have already modelled eyeglasses and sun glasses for a client. The glasses where broken up into three parts. Part 1: the central part of the glasses included frames for both lens, inside the frame there was a boolean in the shape of the lens with a 0.2 tolerance so the lens could be inserted inside, at each end of the frame was a slot for the hinges to be glued in place. Part 2 and 3: these were the arms of the glasses, each had a slot at the end so they could be glued to the other side of the hinge. after printed the glasses frames were treated with a heat gun to mould around the clients face. If your after a 3D render of glasses I can product them in any material you like including the glass, the glass can be in any colour and can be solid colour or a tint. Thank you for your time. Chris
