House and land package brochure with front elevations and floor plans please see the attachment. Includes new renders for the front elevations and floor plans( I will need a total of 24 renders and 12 brochures) that will include company details, house details (number of bedrooms, bathrooms, car parking), house and land dimensions, minimum block requirements. we are looking at anywhere between $100 - $200 per brochure. A week for the first 1 we are looking at getting 12 done in total so we will give them an extra 3 weeks to complete the rest. we will supply the building plans but we would like to get new renders of both the floor plans and elevations (you will be creating the 3D renders based on what we we give you) we will provide building plans with measurements so they know exactly what we are after. We would also like to work with them in choosing the colour schemes as well. Possibility for ongoing work!
