We are in the process of opening an indoor soccer training studio. The studio will be a total of 9400 sq ft. Right now the interior space is not move in ready. The landlord will be fixing all the issues with the inside and we should be taking over soon. Below is what we will be using it for. We plan on turfing the full area, or majority of the entire space. We will be using TOCA Machines inside netted (retractable netting) studios. To see some TOCA training facilities please look at this link: [login to view URL] If looking at the floor plan the TOCA training will take place on the "right" side. We will have TWO training studios that will be enclosed by retractable netting. On the other side (left side) we will have a turfed area that is a bit more open for small group soccer training, and speed & agility/fitness space. The front of the space will need space for a front desk, seating area for parents, and a tv (or two).
