Interior design 3D for SPA

Hey, looking for a freelancer to create interior architecture for a SPA. - The scene must be ready for PHOTOREALISTIC render. - Material is not mandatory, but a material/color chart will have to be provided. - the Room must have a semi island worktop, with a vanity sink. - A shadow Wall is good to create interesting direct lighting, vegetal one or geometry (as seen on the attachment) - Camera angle will focus on the worktop on the foreground. - Modeling need to be very detailed to achieve photorealistic rendering - The interior must look modern and luxury. Requirement: - Compatible 3Dsmax 2016 - Modeling for photo realistic rendering (stitching, wrinkle on fabric, dress...) - System unit; 1 unit = 1 cm - Quad poly Modeling (clean one, no Boolean, no tri poly, no double vertex, no overlap surface...) - Keep the smoothing mod on top of the tree - do not stack the tree - UVW with checker render to make sure the UV are correct. - Wireframe screenshot to make sure the modeling is done correctly - Keep the scene clean and easy to work with (Name object accordingly, layer, selection set...)
