Seeking a currently registered and qualified draftsperson to complete drawings for small ground floor extension plus deck and single room above the new extension. I have a pretty good idea of what I am after. however happy to get design input based on your qualified knowledge and assessment of the property. Plans prepared with council and local regulations in mind so that they can be submitted to be approved at Botany bay Council. Tasks required: • Plans for council approval -Architectural plans (site & floor plans, elevations, section plans) • 3D drawing • All changes in plans to be included in the task • Need the person to come visit the site to discuss what our expectations are, take measurements and draft the plan of the existing. • Prepare preliminary design - plans of the proposed arrangement and 3D views/perspectives to visualize built. • The design will be compliant with the Botany bay Council Requirements. • Must be happy to attend site after hours or on the weekend.
