I am a Mechanical Engineer I have done 9 projects on Freelancer 1) Catia -Assembly & Simulation of robotic arm 2) SolidWorks -Editing & Assembly of Pill Dispenser & its parts 3) SolidWorks -Design, Assembly, 2d draft & Rendering of Breeding Box for Parrots 4) SolidWorks -Design the mould die for an MS sheet metal ring. Sourced the ring from a local manuft in Bangalore. 2d drafts & 3d model 5) SolidWorks -Design & FEA analysis of the die & punch for a given bathtub. Design calcs done to find the blank holder force & Maximum drawing Force which were used to find parameters of die & punch & sheet metal. Bathtub was modified accordingly. 6) Ansys Apdl -Analysis of 5 structure including an igs file 7) SolidWorks -3d Design with 2d drafts of a Scientific Instrument(soil testing apparatus) 8) Cad Conversion -Won a contest Given raster png file to dxf AutoCad format of req scale & ratio. Used for glass laser cutting 9) SolidWorks -Motion analysis of a Garage door. Researched to formulate equations. Engg design calculations for selectn of spring & motor. Force supplied by torsion spring & torque required by the motor Used Reverse Engineering module & used sketch tracer module.
