SETEK Therapeutics is a new medicinal cannabis company based in New Zealand. Next year (2019) we will construct a state-of-the-art, 100m x 40m (4000 sq. metre) hydroponic growing, processing and extraction facility on 4 hectare (40,000 square metre) rural site. In addition to the 4000 sq. metres, there will also be a 480 sq. metre canopy. As part of the regulatory license application, we require a professional full colour 3D concept plan and elevations. Hi level specifications are as follows: Length: 100m (10 x 10m bays) Width: 40m (8x 5m bays) Roof design: Mono pitch (skillion) Roofing material: 5 Rib Colorsteel long run sheeting Roof colour: Black or Dark Brown Wall cladding to be 100mm thick, 1150mm wide EPS sandwich panels, and titan board cladding to offices and amenities area. EPS Panel Colour: White Titan Board Colour: Charcoal Aluminium Joinery Colour (office and amenities): Black Guttering and flashing Colour: Black Building Height: 8 metres at high point and 6 metres at low point Canopy to front of building, 40 metres wide x 12 metres width. Height of canopy where it meets the building will be approx. 6m. Height of canopy at front will be approx. 7.5m Building should incorporate ground floor amenities of approx. 250 sq. metres and first floor offices of approx. 250 sq. metres, including 6m x 5m Meeting/Videoconferencing room.
