Build a laser scan module for real-time tracking

I have a laser module built. But it is a pointer laser. I need a laser mount can convert the point laser to a line. I can use the module to scan a face instead of a line. Requirement: 1. The mount must be 3D printable. 2. The convert len must turn a pointer laser to a face in 120 degree. 3. The energy lose through the len must be less than 30%. More detail will be provided with chat.
