Castle with garden 3D model

I need a 3D model of a castle and landscaping It should be outside view of a castle. The garden and outside area should look likes attachement 1 with an avenue. Should have 2 wings (right and left) which should be the same height as the main building. Besides, it should be a modern design. The castle should not look old but very modern design. The plot has about 20,000-30,000 square meters. of which the castle max. 5000 square meters should take. There should be a family with 2 children and a underground garage with some cars.
