Wedding Animation Video v2

I am the best man for a friend who is getting married. I'd like to hire somebody to create a 2-3 minute long animation that illustrates the story of how they met and their relationship. The animation style should be black line stick figures on white background and resemble the bride, groom, and friends/family through photos I'll provide. I will do a voice over telling their story so we will have to work together on the timing of each scene.
