I have over 15 years experience working in Autodesk Inventor, designing and prototyping different devices/systems and components for multiple industries. For a SCARA robot you will need in the first place to define the specs (column height, first and second arms lengths, gripper type, dof for gripper, etc, etc) I could design the robot for you, but we will have to discuss a lot of details. I have built a SCARA arm from scratch. Worked on 3D rendering for the same in opengl, ros, compiled a urdf and programmed it. Depending on the description of the system, a code can be written for the rendering of opengl for the arm. Feel free to ping me anytime and discuss further details.
