Telesales script writing

Hi. We are a not-for-profit organisation (not a charity) that makes grants for the benefit of disadvantaged children in the UK. We have produced a quarterly Fun & Puzzle Book which gives fun to readers, raises funds for further grants, informs readers about our grant facilities and gives examples, and encourages requests for grants for children who live in the localities in which the Book is sold. The Book is a colourful, quality publication of 68 pages, it provides 60 puzzles such as sudokus, crosswords, maths puzzles, word searches etc. Readers can participate in future issues by submitting their favourite menus, anecdotes, news etc and they can place classified adverts for free. It sells for £3.50 per copy plus postage and all the sales profits will be disbursed on further grants. We need a productive telesales script to enable us to sell the book to local householders for the enjoyment of themselves or their family and also to local businesses for them to buy numbers of the books and give them to their employees as a goodwill gesture while supporting our grant-giving purpose. The script needs to enable us to take customer address details in order to email or post them an order form or to simply take payment over the phone with the verbal order having been placed. It needs to deal with the payments being made by cheque with order or payment by credit card over the phone and with any likely sales objections/rebuttals.
