having problems with windows 10. You can view full details of the problem in the video screen shot of my desktop (See link below with video screen shots of the problems I am encountering) [login to view URL] ======================================================= Having some performance issues with Wind 10 Computer wont sleep or shut down oftentimes. the only resort is to shut it down from tower Will accept bids above the advertised ceiling rate Perquisites Must have TV since that's my preferred method of remote be prompt in returning communication Only charge if the problem is solved. I don't pay for "good effort" but no solution to my problem. Experienced tech needed in Windows 10. Novices please do not apply

Could you use this command to shutdown in cmd: "shutdown /s /f /t 0" If no then you need to update to fix or use some command I will tell you later when you use "shutdown /s /f /t 0 " If yes then you need to repair in shell command

Hey, I am pretty confident I can solve this issue. I have been doing desktop support work for a while and this seems like something that can easily be done. However, since it is remote I will have to have access to at least see your screen while I walk you through the fix. Otherwise I will have to use a software to control your pc remotely.
