setup an IBM Pseries 5 Disaster Recovery server (with AIX 5.2 and Informix SE 7.x)

We have an IBM P560Q running AIX 5.2 and Informix SE 7 supporting an Informix 4GL application. We've just purchased an IBM P570 with AIX 5.2 pre-installed to be used as the Disastern Recovery server. I need help to clone Informix SE 7 database engine, applications, and user data to the DR server (P570). I assume that there may be more than one approach to accomplish this task and will choose the one that best suite our environment Additional detail info will be available upon request Bill ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
