SQL Data base or other

I need a database app ect to do the following Project Name Project FBN Project Location Total Project Hour Remaining Project Hours Daily update select date and day (I have to be able to add new names, project etc into this section Employee Name Assigned Project Name Assigned Job Number Date/Day Hours Worked They need to pick their name, the project they worked that day they worked, and how many hours they worked. They may work on more than one project per day. I also need to be able to add new employees If possible there would be an export to work file that listed the Employee Name Date-Day Hours worked Project Name Project Number Then I need the hours each person worked to be subtracted from the project total hours and show the remaining hours
