Production Information Gathering Database

Hello Professionals, I am currently studying Electrical and information technology and as a part of my curriculam i have taken up a project which is to create a database using MSaccess. AIM : I want to create a database in MSaccess for the fields i wanted and to create a query according to my requirement(Which is replica of excel Sheet). And later i will export the query to excel for the further analysis. Brief Description : Every day i have three shifts and Lets think i have one machine. This machine can produce for example lets consider three different products viz., pen, pencil, paper. while producing i want to gather the production information like Number of parts produced in particular hour/shift/date. while producing there will be also some problem in machine like mechanical problems , electrical problems, Pneumaic related problems etc.... which is also i need to capture the information. After the required datas are gathered i want to create a query in exactly certain format (which is excel sheet replica as mentioned in AIM). I can also show you in which format i need the query output. And a decent Form for user input is necessary. Project current status : I have already created the tables and i already have all idea about how my output must look like. Since i am novice , i have problem in creating the query in the desired format i am looking. I donot need any reports in Access for this project. If any Professional can join with me and help me complete the project is appriciable. Note : Information on query format which i am looking for can be shared if necessary. I am also uploading my current condition of my database just for your information. so that you may understand what i am trying to do. tb_main, tb_productiooninfo, tb_downtimeinfo are the three forms which i created to enter the required data. I am now trying to query the tables to shape it in required format.
