I need a crystal reports report show support ticket metrics from a sql database. You will design the layout of the report and get it approved. The two Microsoft SQL table schema's are included. Once the project is awarded data for the tables will be accessible. Also enclosed is a sample query based on a microsoft access query. Questions: We need to take into account holidays and weekends so times are only calculated based on working hours. Holidays will need to be conveniently stored in crystal reports and be editable or stored in a text file. Hours for calculations will be as follows. Hi I am a database expert with 15 years experience in handling MS SQL databases. I have worked as DBA for large ERP databases and use to write and do performance tuning for SQL queries, procedures and triggers. I am equally good with crystal reports. My suggestion is to develop a stored procedure in SQL, to give the desired output and then link the stored procedure to crystal report, so it displays the data from the database. The holidays cant be stored in crystal report, it has to be stored in a new table in the SQL database. I can show you how easily it can be added edited in SQL management Studio. Do you have Crystal reports already installed in a PC, where I can connect on team viewer and finish the job? Crystal report works are very less these days, and I do not have crystal reports installed on my PC right now. I prefer connecting to your server and doing the work there.
