Convert 1C XML data export file to PosgressSQL database

Every day 1C software ([login to view URL] ) create data export XML file. The task is: automatically (by scheduler) import the file to PosgressSQL (>=9.4) database. Before every import, all tables in PosgressSQL database have to be deleted. Every import create tables and fill them data according to XML file. So no any sync issues. Clean everything and create new. XML file has many objects with data. Every object have to be created as Table inside Postgress SQL. For nested objects link id field have to be added. XML file can has different number of objects with different names. Every import have to get new table list and table names from XML file XML file has Russian language data and object names. Care about properly encoding to keep the data Design a utility or use any commercial software to achieve the goal, anyway is acceptable !!! Pls be sure you understand Russian good enough to work with Russian text data in XML file !!!
