Not only am I a skilled academic writer, but membership in Toastmasters has greatly improved my ability to write speeches as well. Since you don't care, I will probably use either Monroe's motivated sequence or the problem-cause-solution model, as I find these easy to structure in a way that will keep the audience engaged and able to follow. There are two things I would need to know before selecting a topic and beginning.
1. Is the flag on your profile accurate? I don't want to pick a topic that primarily concerns Americans if it isn't.
2. What is the citation method preferred by the instructor? If you have a syllabus or write-up of the project requirements, you can send me that. Otherwise, I'll just use footnotes so the citations aren't a distraction while you're reading.
