Looping Flash Web Video

This project is for someone with actionscript experience. We need our code fixed in order to enable an FLV flash video to constantly loop at the end of its duration. At the moment, the video is sourced from an external server and has been incorporated into a flash banner. What we are finding is that the flvplayback component is not looping the video at the end of the 15 sec flash banner. The following actionscript code was implemented, but returns errors. Full payment will be awarded upon satisfactory reaching desired looping effect. Please see below the code used for familiarity. Fla file will be provided for all interested parties.
