I need help creating an email list to market a service to small businesses. I need someone that is able to create an excel spreadsheet with up to 3,000 valid email addresses for small businesses in a specific region. The spreadsheet must have the name of the business and phone number as well as the email address. I would like someone to help me do this in an automated fashion if possible.
